Situated on about 50,000 square meters within a protected UNESCO biosphere reserve adjacent to Neuendorfer See, and just an hour's drive from Berlin, this holiday village offers minimalist guest rooms. They are distributed across four main buildings and 23 cottages, all thoughtfully designed using natural materials.

The village includes practical amenities such as a restaurant, a cooking studio, a wedding barn, spa and sauna areas, a natural swimming pond on the premises, a dedicated yoga space, and separate tiny houses. With a capacity for 200 guests, the lakeside village features a modern avant-garde style with nature-inspired elements, suited to its rural setting

Having partly completed renovations on its existing facilities, the mid-range holiday village is in the stage for further development to be implemented.
